James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Imagine you\u2019re on the roof with a friend who is learning to walk in faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He says \u201cI\u2019ve seen God take care of me through so many hard times that my faith has become super strong. Watch Him take care of me when I step off this roof.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n That\u2019s strong faith with not so strong wisdom at work. Being a wise friend, you quickly calculate that at ten feet, his velocity of impact will be just over 25 feet per second. Knowing the law of momentum, you calculate that his body will smack the ground with nearly 2 tons of force. Sometimes, I\u2019m the unwise guy. Sometimes I\u2019m the wise friend. All the time, I need wise friends around me, to keep me from smacking the ground hard.
