While there, I made sure his heat was working as we visited. I could tell that he knew his Savior so I asked him how he came to know Jesus. Man, did he love telling the story of a friend who kept inviting him to church! That afternoon, I was richly blessed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n That meeting wouldn\u2019t have taken place if someone at church hadn\u2019t launched the \u201cMeal Train.\u201d It wouldn\u2019t have happened if my wife hadn\u2019t voluntold me to do it while she worked on her classroom at church. She wouldn\u2019t have been in that classroom if someone hadn\u2019t had the vision of teaching littles about Jesus. (I affectionately refer to them as Cherub Monsters because they\u2019re potty training while learning to manage emotions . . . loving God\u2019s Littles is not a job for the faint of heart!). I wouldn\u2019t have a contact with most of you if I hadn\u2019t committed to this daily devotional. I wouldn\u2019t have made that commitment had someone not put the time and effort into hand lettering our name tents at a men\u2019s meeting (I imagined how special it would feel to pray for each person as I carefully wrote out their name like that.) We wouldn\u2019t have Brotherhood if someone hadn\u2019t answered the calling to meet up, man to man.
\u201cDoing\u201d is the common denominator. The vision doesn\u2019t happen till the doers do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
